Kalmar Nyckel
These two drawings are of the Kalmar Nyckel, a recently completed
replica sail-training and ambassadorial ship based on the original Kalmar
Nyckel that brought the first Swedish settlers to the Delaware Bay region
in 1638. These drawings are my developments of the sail plan/profile
and the main construction drawing based on Prof. Gillmer’s initial sketches.
